This project involved creating a series of educational videos to help users understand and get the most out of Claude.ai’s core features. By partnering with Anthropic’s product, marketing, and brand teams, I developed three videos designed to onboard users and improve their experience with the platform.

Improve Feature Adoption: Empower users to confidently use Claude.ai’s key features, including Projects and Research, increasing overall engagement with the platform.
Provide Accessible Education: Deliver clear, approachable video content that makes the platform feel less intimidating for new users.
Support Product Awareness: Help users understand the depth of Claude.ai’s capabilities beyond basic chat functionality.
Challenge
Anthropic wanted to provide first-of-its-kind educational material to users on existing core features within Claude.ai. While the platform offers powerful tools like Projects and Research, users weren’t always aware of how to use them effectively — or that they existed at all.
The goal was to create content that felt helpful and human, not like a dry product tutorial.
Task
The task involved end-to-end development and delivery of three educational videos. This required:
Script Writing: Develop clear, engaging scripts that break down each feature in an accessible way.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and brand teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and a consistent voice.
Video Production: Produce polished videos that balance professionalism with approachability.
Action
While working directly with the Education lead, I owned this project from concept to completion, taking the following steps:
Research & Discovery: Immersed myself in Claude.ai to understand the product deeply — not just the features, but how real users would interact with them. This hands-on experience shaped the tone and focus of each video.
Script Development: Wrote scripts that prioritized clarity and warmth over technical jargon. Each video needed to feel like a helpful friend walking you through the product, not a manual.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with product, marketing, and brand stakeholders to ensure every detail was accurate and aligned with Anthropic’s voice. This meant regular check-ins, feedback loops, and a lot of thoughtful iteration.
Production & Polish: Handled all aspects of video production, making creative decisions that balanced professionalism with approachability.
